Courtney Hill
Fundraising Manager
Courtney is a nature-loving go-getter from South Africa currently living on the traditional, unceded territory of the Kwikwetlem First Nation. Before immigrating to Canada, Courtney worked with the World Wide Fund for Nature South Africa (WWF-SA) as part of the Public Sector team, nurturing partnerships and sourcing small grant funding for conservation projects. Prior to that, she spent three years designing projects for an international consultancy, securing non-dilutive financing through multilateral agencies for projects in developing countries. Courtney holds a Masters in Marine and Environmental Law from the University of Cape Town, and a BSc in Conservation Ecology from the University of Stellenbosch. When not chasing grants, she can be found on the trails, in the rivers, or creating an indoor forest in her home.
