I’ve stripped all the content out of this test page so we only have the registration form to focus on, but used the pricing structure of the Hell’s Gate raft trip so that I can test having more than one price option in the form, as well as the option to participate in two different dinners.  😀

Price: $179 + GST for adults, $149 + GST for youth
