Kirstin Hill

Kirstin comes to Rivershed with over a decade of experience in the conservation and environmental education realm and a lifelong passion for the protection of wildlife and wild places. Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Kirstin has worked with outdoor schools, floating classrooms, zoos, and aquariums, dedicating her career to building and strengthening connections between people and the natural world through meaningful educational experiences. She is a scholar of conservation psychology and community-based social marketing, and is thrilled to be a part of a growing Rivershed team that is working to conserve, protect, and restore the Fraser River watershed. Kirstin currently lives in Port Moody and can be regularly found paddling the inlet or walking through Rocky Point Park with her dog, Puck.
