Erica is an associate lawyer with Mandell Pinder LLP. She brings broad experience in legal aid and environmental law to her work with Indigenous communities. Her practice focuses on specific claims, addressing longstanding disputes regarding reserve creation and allocation.
Erica enjoys working closely with communities to identify options and achieve their goals, including upholding Indigenous laws, pursuing the recognition and respect of Aboriginal rights and title, and self-governance. Erica is passionate about public legal education and enjoys teaching.
Born and raised on the west coast, Erica prefers rain over snow unless she can ski on it. Besides skiing, Erica enjoys dance, camping, reading, and travel. She participated in the Sustainable Living Leadership Program in 2018.
